Bleu’s Burger $11
Hail the king of burgers. It is discovering more burger dinner goodness in the heart of Down Town Silver Spring, DC suburb. Holy patty it’s stuffed with bleu cheese! Don’t often find a place that takes that extra step. First, bite in, and it’s like an explosion of flavors. Juicy, soft meat prepared to order was a perfect burger, made to perfection. It was so good that I slowed down to enjoy every single bite. Comes with crispy bacon, sliced tomato, caramelized red onions, and all that covered in chipotle mustard mayo for an extra kick. It’s big too that even my monster mouth had to struggle. Comes on an excellent super soft and light brioche bun. Served with a side of some very yummy crispy french fries. Hands down the best burger in Down Town Silver Spring.
Mushroom Truffle Mac n Cheese $9
We are making some cheese with Mushroom Truffle Mac n Cheese is one of our favorite dinner spots in the Down Town Silver Spring, DC foodie suburb. You won’t find this Mac & Cheese in every cellar! It’s almost too pretty to eat, but only almost, and we ate the whole thing. They don’t skim on that cheesy sauce, and it was a perfect amount of cheesiness. Just the way we like our Mac & Cheese. Cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Plus, bacon on top! You can never go wrong with something like this. They got that cheese formula down so well that this didn’t taste heavy at all. Mushrooms did kind of get lost, but I wasn’t too sad about it as long as I have the cheese and bacon. The only thing they might have gone a bit too crazy with truffle on top. I highly recommend it for those with big cheesy cravings.
