Let’s go bulgogi all over our bibimbap! Excited to try a new Chipotle-style lunch place dedicated to making Bibimbap rice dishes any way we want. It builds your bowl any way you want. You get a choice of classic or create your own. We are lazy today and going with the traditional default build for our very first foodie adventure here. It’s a rice dish, so there is a lot of rice with vegetables and extremely spicy sauce. For our meat, we can never pass up on Bulgogi. And of course, not to forget sunny side up egg on top. Mix everything and enjoy a very nomnom dish. You could taste every flavor combined into one unique character. A significant portion so is ready to be stuffed.
