Now that’s the dish to start your tapas foodie adventure—one of the most unique and flavorful Mexican dishes. Crispy handmade tortilla chips covered in a sizable portion of soft white cheese and salsa ranchera. Ah, all that saucy goodness is perfectly balanced with not too much red sauce. At first, we were confused and couldn’t tell what was on top. With a pleasant surprise, it was an egg! YAY, we love eggs so much. Deep-fried egg goodness seasoned to perfection and still slightly runny soft on the inside. I kind of wish there were more eggs on top. It was so tasty and left us wanting more. Much larger than a regular small tapas dish that is perfect for sharing with friends. However, we won’t blame you if you eat it all by yourself. While the price tag of $10 may sound a lot for a sharing dish, it’s really worth the quality and quantity. One of the best Mexican dishes we enjoyed so much and almost ordered another serving.
