Opened my face—such a pretty presentation. I feel bad disturbing this Belgian open-faced sandwich. I just love the flavor of egg salad with a nice kick of anchovies. Anchovies are really what made this amazing. Just a light hint of salty anchovies goodness. So much flavor from so little. It’s just so light and fresh tasting.
