We are so stuffed but can’t pass up some asian style cakes at this amazing new family style Asian tapas restaurant on U st, DC. This place has a very fluid identity with a mix of tapas and family style dishes, enough satisfy every cravings you might have. You just can’t go without dessert when trying out a brand new place. So far everything was so good that our expectation are quite high. Plus it came highly recommended by our awesome waiter. Also we were very curies about the strange mixture of taro and butternut squash. The light flavor and texture were our favorite parts of this unique dessert. Love the pumpkin sauce, makes for a nice fall dish. After all its all about the pumpkin season. After so much food you can’t eat a lot and so this made for a perfect tapas dessert. Such a strange combination and yet it was one of the most tasty desserts on U st.
