Get ready for the flavor explosion in the most unique way with Filipino dishes Klassik Kare Kare from Abe in Alabang Town Center, a Manila suburb Philippines. Don’t to chase your tail. One of my most favorite dishes during our trip in Manila, Philippines. Its an Ox tail in rich peanut based sauce with a little bit of rice. Meat so soft and tender, it just falls off the bone. The most amazing part about the dish is bagoong (shrimp paste). It’s a flavor with a bunch, very strong sardine like taste. Might not be for everyone, but I loved it and I could eat that paste all the time! Later on added some to a sandwich. This is a more upscaley restaurant and cost 595 pesos which cost about $14 dollars.
