Its pig nation and nothing shines better then Filipino Lechon Sado from Abe an upscale restaurant in Alabang Town Center Philippines. This is a national staple dish so we just had to try it upscale restaurant in Manila Philippines. Heard of this before the trip and was on our must try list. An entire pig skewered in the ground and then served for your noming. Chrunchy skin is the best part! At first I thought it was a bit weird to eat the skin, but first bite and I loved it. Its the layers of pigliciousness. Mhhh layer of fatty goodness.
