Travel to New Orleans by the way of Eggs Benedict from a charming breakfast place in a hear of Burlingame, suburb of San Francisco. Second dish of our trip are these two beautiful poached eggs with a perfect yellow runny yoke, hollandaise sauce and crab cake. Nothing beats spicy cajun hollandaise sauce for that extra wake up kick in the morning. Served on top of two thick crab cakes and english muffin. Comes with a large side of crispy sweet potato fries that are perfect to dip into the hollandaise sauce. Plus its fun to explore the shopping district and walk off all that food and maybe do some shopping.
