Three worlds of flavor come together in one dinner lamb stew dish from this unique Indian, Nepalese, and French fusion restaurant in Dupont Circle, DC’s rainbow happy neighborhood. Get ready to try Indian cousin with a new twist to it. This is one strong dish name, so much that I could name my child Rogan Josh. With a big name also come intense flavors of perfect season lamb cubes with onion, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic. You get a choice of hotness level. Even mild version had a bit of a kick to, but shouldn’t make your mouth burn too much. At first, glance didn’t seem like a lot of food in this lamb stew, but toward the end, we had trouble finishing the whole bowl.
