Tiny cake with a big taste when you are enjoying Filipino Sansrival dessert from Seattle’s Best in Manila Philippines. I just had to try this highly recommended local delicacy in Manila, Philippines. Hard to resist dessert noming for only $3 (110 Pesos). Its a frozen cookie made out of buttercream sandwich with cashew meringue wafers coated with cookie crumbs. They pack a lot of stuff into this tinny little thing. It’s kind of like eating a layer cake, Napoleon.
