The super nice waiter warned us that every dish marked as Phet on the menu means very spicy. We are tough nomster, so that didn’t scare us. It was defiantly spicy, but not the kind that overwhelms your mouth so you can’t taste anything. You might want to have a glass of cold water on a ready in case its too much for you. We are not as tough as we thought, so the water was essential. These might be some of the wealthiest scallops we’ve ever tasted. Seared to perfection and yet very soft, it was pure joy to eat them.
