It was defiantly spicy, but not the kind that absolutely overwhelms your mouth so you can’t taste anything. You might want to have a glass of cold water on a ready just incase its too much for you. We are not as tough as we thought, so water was very important. These might be some of the richest scallops we’ve ever tasted. Seared to perfection and yet very soft it was pure joy to eat them.
