Enjoy the late night dinner with East meets West in Teriyaki Skirt Steak from Town Restaurant in Down Town San Carlos, California Bay Area. The dish with the most fusion take that brings together the best of Asian and American culinary worlds fused together to create an excellent steak. Any steak lover would be a fan of this dish and how it was prepared. As soon as they bring it out I was surprised how big and how much food there was on a plate. Its a teriyaki marinated thinly cut skirt steak with delicious garlic mashed potatoes. Very unique flavor and the fact its very thin makes it soft and tender in every bite. What makes this even more American is the fact it comes with Crispy Onion Rings. Even Chile glazed green beans tasted great and made a good addition to the whole dish. Excellent dinner with a very large portion that will truly satisfy the most hungry nomster out there.
