Nothing to be fussy about, and let’s enjoy some rice crickets for dinner with Filipino Arobung Kamaru from Ade in Alabang Town Center, Manila suburb Philippines. Jiminy crickets told me to do it! Our first adventure into bug-eating while on a trip to Asia. Say hello to a delicacy from the Pampanga provinces. Caught in the rice fields and then sautéed in tomatoes and onions and prepared to super crunchy goodness. Little bit spicy dish and like many Asian dishes, goes excellent with rice. I guess we are now vegetarians! Sure is one of the weirdest and most out-there recipes we’ve tried so far. I loved this nomnom, and you must try it.
