Assorted Ham from Graffiato

Premier Spot for Drinks and Eats in Downtown @ Graffiato (CLOSED)

Assorted Ham $18

Got ham? Usually, don’t pay that much for so little ham. I like giant Boris size ham pieces!! You get some nice meaty things from around the country Olli Speck ham from Virginia, Biellese Culatello ham from New York, and Benton’s Smoked Country ham Tennessee. What great meaty options. You can really taste the high quality of each slice. It’s not an overly big option. I kind of wish there was more to enjoy—a great way to start the noming experience at Graffiato.

Polenta Pasta $10

Does ground maize polenta count as pasta? Great spicy meatballs dish with a soft egg. Polenta makes for an extraordinary and not paste-like texture. An excellent dish of super nomnom. Enjoyed the sunny-side-up gooey egg on top. Pop it and make sure to enjoy a little bit of everything and spicy meatballs. Very tiny dish, remember you’ll need more food to fill you up or save space for other nomnom dishes.

Jersey Shore Pizza $15

Pump your fists like it’s the Jersey Shore. Fried calamari of awesomeness!!!! I think Snooky would totally approve. Contains cherry pepper aioli, fried calamari, provolone, and tomatoes. Huge order compared to most of their small dish tapas-style noming experience.

Montelvini Prosecco $7

Ever had sparkly wine on tap? Thank you, one of our nomster fans @Naritai, for introducing me to this nomnom drink! Weird and cool how it’s on tap and not from the bottle. Great brand new foodie location.

Pinot Gris Wine $8

Feel the power of the glowy. Flash made this pic very cool. My wine skills are not as developed, so I thought it was a bit too dry for me. I prefer sweeter girly wines.
