We are all about fusion noms and excited to try Asian Hispanic fusion burrito for lunch from one of DC’s food trucks. Love Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich, but never had it in a burrito form, so you know what that means. I just had to order it. It was so good that I couldn’t stop eating. One more bite, one more bite, I kept telling myself. Every ingredient blended so well and complimented each other. Pork and sauce what indeed won this high dish NOMs, soft and flavorful. But they couldn’t do it alone, everything about this dish was just right. Even tortilla wrap was excellent, and it had just the right amount of flavor and texture. Great job on wrapping everything into one burrito, the whole thing stayed together and didn’t fall apart. Proper use of sticky rice. Price-wise this was great for just $9; you get a crazy amount of food.

One of many nomnoms we got to try during the Trucktoberfest Food Truck Festival in Wheaton.
