My bread is the plate and utensils? Funny, I used not be a big fan of Ethiopian food until I came to Dukem and went all Nukem on the food. It’s fun food time! I love the beef and lamb tibs. So soft and nomnom with light special sauce, onions, jalapeno, and garlic. It’s like a party in my mouth. I couldn’t stop eating. Lamb, pork, beef are great choices to go with, but I liked Lamb the most. Must try place for any experienced or novice in Ethiopian cuisine.
