This place has a very fluid identity with a mix of tapas and family-style dishes, enough to satisfy every craving you might have. Love this type of dish where you get to assemble a little bit of everything into a single bite. The pork belly was cooked perfectly with an excellent thick meaty and fatty parts. We love our fatty layers because that’s where love comes from. Don’t cut too much pokr and save enough for more bite with vermicelli noodles and vegetables. Don’t forget to top everything with lots of sauce. This combination completely changes the flavors with so much going on its a joy in every bite. Our favorite combination was pork belly, noodles, cucumber, and carrots. Not sure what category this dish will fall under, it’s too big for tapas, but its a bit too small with just two pork bellies for a family-style dish.
