It’s so beautiful and mouthwatering that as soon as we saw it on another table, we just had to have it. It’s so beautiful, and you might want to hit on it rather than eat it. Just love that mix of soft and crispy texture with crisp potato, zucchini, and tomato tart. Layer upon layer of nomnom goodness. So much flavor in every single bite. As you eat, you will forget that there is no meat, because of its perfect in every bite. I really liked that it was all about the ingredients and not drenched with too much red sauce. This is truly a masterpiece of culinary creation here at Bottega and one of the best dishes we’ve ever tasted. Perfect dish for those who want to try something new and unique.
