Its pig nation and nothing shines better than Filipino Lechon Sado from Abe, an upscale restaurant in Alabang Town Center Philippines. This is a national staple dish, so we just had to try its upscale restaurant in Manila, Philippines. Heard of this before the trip and was on our must-try list. An entire pig skewered in the ground and then served for your noming. Crunchy skin is the best part! At first, I thought it was a bit weird to eat the surface, but first, bite, and I loved it. Its the layers of pigliciousness. Mhhh layer of fatty goodness.
