Travel to New Orleans by way of Eggs Benedict from a charming breakfast place in a hear of Burlingame, a suburb of San Francisco. The second dish of our trip are these two beautiful poached eggs with a perfect yellow runny yolk, hollandaise sauce, and crab cake. Nothing beats spicy cajun hollandaise sauce for that extra wake up kick in the morning. It is served on top of two thick crab cakes and an English muffin. Comes with a broadside of crispy sweet potato fries that are perfect for dipping into the hollandaise sauce. Plus it’s fun to explore the shopping district and walk off all that food and maybe do some shopping.
