It’s getting a bit cold out, time to pho’arm up. All the meat and veggie things were pretty standard what you see in most pho places. What really makes the pho is a broth. Like every human has a different fingerprint, every pho has its own flavor. This beef broth has a very distinct kick flavor that differs from all other places. At first, I thought the bowl was a bit too small for regular size compared to other places. Never judge so quickly. It was packed with ingredients and filled me up. I defiantly was having a pho coma afterward. It might not be my new favorite in town, but it is my second favorite.
