How crazy is that? Make it even crazier by adding an egg. Brunch must always have eggs. Make sure to pour all of the sweetness of the syrup. The savory-sweet flavor combination is just out of this world. Come with a side of thing crispy potato slices. At first, it appears a normal size, but just half of this sandwich will fill you up. This dish is just so beautiful with the explosion of different colors. We couldn’t wait to dig in and try everything. Kind of like Eggs Benedict, but on steroids. It’s just a pretty face with so many different things. It is a perfect brunch dish with Lobster Meat, Red Potatoes, Bacon, Poached Eggs, and been in Maryland, and we can’t forget Old Bay Hollandaise. It comes everything we love about food is perfectly combined into one super amazing dish. All the flavor combinations were just right. It completely raised the bar when it comes to egg dishes. Not just amazing, but SUPER AMAZING! You haven’t had an egg dish until you’ve tried this for your next Sunday brunch.
