Spicy up your dinner with some curry from unique Asian tapas and family-style fusion restaurant on U st, DC. This place has a very fluid identity with a mix of tapas and family-style dishes, enough to satisfy every craving you might have. The super nice waiter warned us that every dish marked as Phet on the menu means very spicy. We are tough nomster, so that didn’t scare us. It was defiantly spicy, but not the kind that overwhelms your mouth so you can’t taste anything. You might want to have a glass of cold water on a ready in case its too much for you. We are not as tough as we thought, so the water was essential. These might be some of the wealthiest scallops we’ve ever tasted. Seared to perfection and yet very soft, it was pure joy to eat them. Added a sweet, strong flavor that went great with green curry and Jasmine rice. Let us help you find it on the menu as Gaeng Kheiyu Hoi Chell Seared Scallops in Green Curry.
